Cabana Studio — Booking & Usage Policy

By booking a session with Cabana Studio, the client (“you,” “your,” “crew”) agrees to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the studio premises, sets, and services.
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
The remaining 50% must be paid before the shoot begins.
No refunds are issued for cancellations, regardless of reason or notice period.
2. Rental Duration
Studio rental time is calculated from the arrival of the first crew member to the departure of the last.
Additional hours beyond the booked slot are chargeable as per standard studio rates.
3. Studio Access & Usage
Access is strictly limited to the booked set(s) only.
Crews are not permitted to use unbooked sets or other areas of the studio without prior approval.
If the crew size exceeds eight (8) members, full studio booking is mandatory to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety norms.
4. Assistance & Crew
Basic in-house studio assistance will be provided for setup coordination.
The client must arrange their own spotboys, lightmen, and support staff.
Upon request, Cabana Studio can provide a spotboy/lightman at a rate of ₹2,000 per 10-hour shift, provided advance notice is given.
5. Set-Making & Pre-Shoot Work
Set-making or pre-production shifts are chargeable at 50% of the applicable rental rate.
All such work must be scheduled and approved in advance.
6. Power & Backup
The studio provides one (1) hour of complimentary generator usage in case of a power outage.
Thereafter, generator usage will be charged at ₹1,000 per hour.
7. Liability & Responsibility
The studio is not liable for any unforeseen interruptions, equipment failure, or external disruptions that may affect the shoot.
Clients are responsible for the safety of their crew, equipment, and personal belongings throughout the rental period.
Any damage to studio property, equipment, or props caused by the crew will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
8. Rates & Policy Changes
All rental rates, charges, and terms are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Cabana Studio.
Updated terms will always be made available on the studio’s website or shared upon request.
9. Acceptance
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
10. Pricing
All prices are exclusive of GST, 18% GST is applicable on all payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
